Chartering and Induction Invitation Design
For this project, the goal was to create an invitation suite that was simple and elegant, but a touch rustic. Taking a cue from the organization's name "Azucar", which is the Spanish word for sugar, I decided to use an illustration of a sugarcane plant as a design accent. The overall look I went for was decisively clean and simple, with the sugarcane illustration the only element adding "texture" to the suite. The only color used was green as it went along with the slight minimalistic design I had in mind. The translucent envelope was also designed and prototyped by me and made of parchment paper in order to highlight the back color and illustration of the main invitation card upon receipt.
